Online Library Software Training

We offer fully interactive,online library software training using online meeting software. All you need is a browser. Environmentally friendly, this service is designed to plug the gap between telephone and email support and on-site training. It is suitable for sessions of up to one hour where you need a refresher or if you want to ask in-depth questions. The sessions can often be arranged at short notice and at a cheaper hourly rate than on-site training. We encourage trainees to ‘take the wheel’ and make the training as hands-on as possible, so you’ll quickly know your way around and get the hang of the tasks you’ll be carrying out every day.
