At the BIALL annual conference 2022 Bailey Solutions was presented with BIALL Supplier of the Year Award. Here’s BIALL’s press release on the award:

“The aim of the Supplier of the Year award is to reward outstanding best practice by a supplier or a publisher in the field of legal information by:

• recognising and rewarding excellence and innovation in customer relations
• promoting awareness of how customer relations initiatives can benefit information professionals and suppliers alike
• encouraging high quality communication and
• promoting best practice.

This year’s winner has been quoted as “an extremely proactive supplier who are a joy to work with”. They have spent the last year moving all their customers onto new versions of their library management software products, a process which has been completed with minimal cost implications for those customers. They have provided a high-quality customer service both in the lead up to and during the data transfer, and when responding to queries as people got used to their new systems. Their great communication and willingness to provide ongoing training support was commended in several nominations this year. It has also been noted that they resolve any issue in a quick and efficient manner.

In recognition of her long contribution to the sector and the beginning of stepping back from the full-time running of the business, BIALL are delighted to present the Supplier of the Year Award 2022 to Penny Bailey on behalf of Bailey Solutions.“
